Woods posted the photo to his verified Instagram account on Friday, writing: “My class is moving faster than I am. But it’s good to have a loyal rehab partner, man’s best friend.”
Although Woods has posted on social media since the Feb.23 crash, this is the first photo the golfer has uploaded of himself.
According to a Los Angeles County affidavit for a search warrant for the vehicle’s black box recorder.
Earlier this month, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said the main causes of the crash were Woods’ speed and inability to negotiate a curve.
His injuries included open fractures of the tibia and fibula that required the insertion of a rod, as well as additional injuries to the bones of the foot and ankle stabilized with screws and pins.
The 15-time big winner spent several weeks in hospital following the incident, but is currently recovering at home while undergoing drug rehab.
