Chris Pratt recalls challenging Dave Bautista for wrestling

Washington [US], July 3 (ANI): Hollywood star Chris Pratt recently revealed that he once accidentally challenged Dave Bautista to a wrestling match after shooting down a powerful sleep aid.

According to Fox News, during Thursday’s episode of ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’, Pratt said he was taking Ambien to help him sleep, although he stopped doing it because he found himself with no memories of the night before, in particular he would forget to text other people.

One of those nights he took the medicine and the next morning he couldn’t remember contacting his “Guardians of the Galaxy” co-star.

He said, “The next day Bautista comes over and he’s like, ‘Hey man, that text you sent last night’, I’m like ‘What text?’ He said, ‘You don’t remember that?’ “, recalled Pratt.

The former from “Parks and Recreation” then imitated Bautista by making fun of him because he did not remember the text: “I thought to myself: ‘What did I text him? I’m looking at my phone … It was like, ‘Dave, I want to wrestle. I want to beat you, nobody needs to know, but I just want to know. I think I can take you. I think I can beat you, my brother. ‘”Pratt said he suggested” collegiate rules, no elbows [and] no knees “for their match that would allow him to” feel the power. “He continued”, I was mortified. It would kill me. “Although Pratt is a world-renowned action star, Bautista has actual wrestling experience, having been a WWE star for several years before becoming an actor. He was a six-time world champion in the organization of struggle. ” He’s hands down the toughest guy in all of Marvel, ”concluded Pratt.

The two have co-starred together in a number of Marvel films, starting with 2014’s “Guardians of the Galaxy”. They also appeared in 2017’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” “Avengers: Infinity War “in 2018 and” Avengers: Endgame “in 2019.

According to Fox News, they will reprise their roles for the upcoming “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” although Bautista has said the film will be his last appearance in the Marvel franchise. (ANI)
