KARACHI: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) CEO Nizamuddin Chowdhury confirmed on Tuesday that the Pakistan cricket team will travel to the country right after the upcoming ICC T20 Men’s World Cup.
Speaking to the media, the CEO of BCB revealed that the Pakistani team will play all three formats of the game during their tour of Bangladesh, which is due to start in November, newagebd.net reported.
Nizamuddin, however, said the BCB was in talks with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to finalize the tour schedule.
He said: “The Pakistani series will take place right after the [T20] World Cup. The Cricket Operations Department is in talks with the Pakistan Board of Directors to finalize details. All formats will be included, there will be more ODI and Tests. “
Chowdhury also revealed that the Pakistan cricket team will arrive in Bangladesh on November 15 to play the series.
Pakistan will return the favor to the Bangladesh cricket team, which visited the country in January 2020 for a T20I series.
The Men in Green got the better of their Bangladeshi counterparts in the series, beating them 2-0 while Game 3 was abandoned due to rain.
