Bombay (Maharashtra) [India], Oct. 13 (ANI): The Cricket Control Board of India (BCCI) announced on Wednesday that it has decided to extend the tender purchase date (ITT) for the right to own and d ‘operate one of two new IPL teams document until 20 October.
The IPL Board of Directors had published the “Invitation to Tender” (“ITT”) document available upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee on August 31, 2021.
The invitation to purchase the ITT document (“Invitation”), issued on August 31, 2021, is attached as Annex A. Subsequently, the BCCI extended the date of purchase of the ITT document until October 10, 2021 (Notice extension I). Notice of Extension I is attached in Annex B.
Following requests from various interested parties, the BCCI has now decided to extend the date of purchase of the ITT document until October 20, 2021. The ITT will be available to interested parties upon receipt of payment of the call charges from non-refundable offers of INR 10. .00,000 (ten lakh rupees only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. All other terms contained in the invitation document will apply.
Interested parties are requested to e-mail [email protected] for further details on purchasing the ITT. The email requesting the ITT must have the subject line “ITT for the right to own and operate one of the two new proposed IPL teams”. Any interested party wishing to submit an offer is required to purchase the ITT. However, only those who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the call for tenders and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein will be eligible to tender. It is specified that the mere purchase of this ITT does not authorize anyone to tender.
BCCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the tendering process at any time without providing a reason. (ANI)
